Sidel is looking for a Project Manager Services Execution who acts as the local technical Project Manager to manage and execute non-standard Services project activities, including Packaging, Line Conversion, Molds and Line Improvement.
Your Mission
Understand customer requests and translate its needs.
Coordinate with all involved product divisions to provide a full complete solution answering customer needs.
Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfaction.
Projects Execution:
Project registration in SAP.
Initiate the project with customer and aftersales manager.
Set a full schedule and coordinate with customer accordingly.
Evaluate technical feasibility and technical risks of project to determine proper level of support Supply Chain and PM&D.
Coordinate with all the involved business units to ensure the launching of the correct parts and follow up on delivery.
Conduct risk assessment and set mitigation plan to reduce any impact on the project.
Keep monitoring Quality, Cost (Budget), and Delivery (Timeline) of the projects.
Manage project crisis and plan for a course of action in conjunction with all project actors.
Reporting project progress on a weekly basis.
Arrange the logistics of the parts (packing, consolidation, and shipping to customer).
Projects Installation:
Planning of the required resources and skills to conduct the installation.
Coordinate with the planning team to ensure the provision of the right skills.
Arrange Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) coordination plan.
Arrange the logistics of the installation team and coordinate with the customers accordingly.
Coordinate with the team on site and provide the required support to complete the job.
Create and follow up punch list due to any nonconformity found on site.
Monitor and support the intervention until technical acceptance of the project is achieved.
Project Closing:
Conduct Root cause analysis to understand the root of the problem and set learned lessons.
Ensure that all the invoices are issued completely.
Ensure database update.
Set a closing meeting with the customer.
Follow-up customer satisfaction survey.
Your Profile
Level of education and languages:
Engineering Degree or equivalent.
Fluency in English. French, Italian and Spanish are a plus.
Required experience and skills:
5+ years experience in project management with strong technical expertise.
Experienced in Packaging, Sidel equipment, and Services Portfolio.
Ability to read and interpret Engineering documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, assembly drawings.
Knowledge of MS Office, Project, and SAP a plus.
