Services Analytics & Customer Intelligence (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Developing data architecture strategy, ensure data quality, and promote efficient analytical processes, while assessing automated reporting methods Engage directly with the business teams, understand how business needs across multiple areas translate into data requirements Produce impactful, dynamic, and insightful data, reports, BI visualizations, enterprise database management and ETL to help business leaders make educated, real-time decisions that are in the best interest of the customers and alpitronic Own data issues monitoring and maintenance reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency Establish and monitor monthly/quarterly KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of the daily operations, business strategies and initiatives YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics Data Science, Business Management or related field with applicable data analytic work experience required Proven record of managing end-to-end data analytics projects: from problem and requirements definition to validation, deployment and maintenance required Expertise with Back-end, data structures and ETL processes 5+ years' experience in designing and developing interactive and insightful dashboards using industry standard data visualization tools Ability to extract and transform data from diverse sources for analysis and reporting purposes Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, including the ability to interpret trends, patterns, and outliers to derive actionable insights Fluent in English OUR COMMITMENT Innovative working environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future sector e-mobility Advancement opportunities in a growing company Diverse opportunities for further training Attractive bonus system and performance-related remuneration Additional company benefits WHY ALPITRONIC Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
