Your Role and Responsibilities Min 5 years experience in ServiceNow solutions.Work with customers to help them understand and achieve their desired business goals.Offer customer guidance and directions for all digitalization initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.Help customers to expand their use of the platform and increase their return on investment.Act as process expert in the project team.Run discovery workshops and shape requirements, working with the technical team to design solutions the customer wants and needs.Collaborate in presale activities to define project and service scope and deliverables.Has passion for processes, ability to drive significant process improvements and efficiency gains.Possibly experience on SPM module.Required Technical and Professional Expertise Min 5 years experience in ServiceNow solutions.Good knowledge of ServiceNow and its capabilities.Consultancy experience working with complex organizations.Experience communicating with senior stakeholders.Proven ITIL or other process best practice knowledge (i.e., six sigma, COBIT).Agile foundation.Excellent client-facing and engagement management skills.Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.Certification: ServiceNow CSA, ITIL (or similar).ServiceNow CIS in one or more ServiceNow modules (preferred PPM).About IBM IBM's greatest invention is the IBMer.
