At least 6 months of previous maintenance make-ready experience on an apartment community.Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies every other week.Responsibilities
Performing minor repairs and maintenance.Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready.Walking the property grounds and common areas as well as picking up trash and debris.Performing any additional duties assigned by both the Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor.We offer a competitive salary, good benefits, and an energetic environment. Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies every other week.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver's License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver's License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
