Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Service Department to ensure smooth daily operations.Manage incoming service inquiries through telephone, email, and fax, ensuring prompt and professional responses.Process and manage service orders ie. quotations, sales orders, DO & invoices with accuracy and efficiency.Maintain systematic filing and organization of service-related documents for easy retrieval.Assist the Service team in following up with clients to ensure timely debt collection.Update and maintain the service customer database to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Perform other tasks or duties as assigned to support the department's objectives.What We Offer: Supportive Team Culture: Thrive in a collaborative work environment that values teamwork, positivity, and growth.On Job Training: Training provided to help you grow in a role that values learning and teamwork!Comprehensive Medical Insurance: Company-sponsored Group Medical Insurance & Group Personal Accident.Job Requirements: SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent.At least 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems.Demonstrates a positive learning attitude, responsibility, and a willingness to acquire new skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
