This role collaborates with global and regional service leadership and with the lines of business and functional teams to develop and implement plans materializing company's strategy.
Researches and monitors industry and competitive trends to identify emerging market opportunities and strategic areas of interest to support senior executives decisions.The Service Strategic Planner develops plans for projects and ensures timely deliverables accomplishment.
Manages Global Services interlock meetings cadence and Services planning integration into the overall company calendar providing visibility of the global function programs at company level.What kind of work will you be doing?Support service strategy team with analysis, tools, models, and management cadence for selected areas of strategic growth.Manage Global Service interlocks meetings cadence in the overall company executive calendar.Be the focal point and drive pro-active project cadence and "drumbeat" with a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure timely and successful outcomes.Conduct research analyses to examine competitive performance, market needs and trends and opportunities for growth.Support teams and business leaders in structuring business cases, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, value-based pricing, economic benchmarking, and service strategic performance analyses across business segments.Align processes, resources-planning and regional goals with overall strategy.Structure customer and market-segmentation, developing and working with market models, deriving insight from internal and external data sources.Provide support and insight to service business leaders with effective analysis, modeling, and business plans for programs and service development.Consult with stakeholders in the business, to uncover solutions to business challenges and opportunities through critical thinking and problem-solving skills, external benchmarking, and internal best practices.What will make you successful?4+ years of experience in internal strategic planning or business consulting function.Degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.Program management experience.PC Tools Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
