The candidate will be placed in the Scheduling & Dispatching team, which is responsible for ensuring the correct scheduling of technician interventions on the territory, in accordance with customer and colleague requirements.
The main activities are: Scheduling technician interventions, based on customer priorities, workload and availability of materials required for the intervention, maximizing efficiency Contacting customers to schedule interventions and for possible changes Assist technicians remotely, obtaining information necessary to fulfill customer requests and close the order #J-18808-Ljbffr
