For our BU Grid Automation in Genova or Milan we are looking for a Service Project Manager for Battery Energy Storage System. This person will report to the Service Manager.
Your ResponsibilitiesManages warranty and SLA/LTSA from PAC/FAC to the End.Be responsible for financial results of the project and manage project risks.Leading Handover together with Lead Engineering assuring the complete handover package transferal.Coordinate cross-functional resources (Service Engineers, R&D, Engineering).Coordinate suppliers for supporting activities (finding resolution path, deliver components).Act as main contact point for customer.Be responsible for Lessons Learned sharing with the organization.Collaborate with the service engineering team to finalize and manage spare parts stock and time schedules for the planned maintenances.Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your BackgroundPreferred at least 5 years of work experience in equipment installation, coordinating activities with customers, suppliers and assigned team especially in Service.Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project).Good knowledge of the English language.Flexibility, proactivity, result-oriented and problem solving.
