For our BU Grid Automation in Genova or Milan, we are looking for a Service Project Manager for Battery Energy Storage System. This person will report to the Service Manager.
Your Responsibilities Manage warranty and SLA/LTSA from PAC/FAC to the End.Be responsible for financial results of the project and manage project risks.Lead handover together with Lead Engineering assuring the complete handover package transferal.Coordinate cross-functional resources (Service Engineers, R&D, Engineering).Coordinate suppliers for supporting activities (finding resolution path, deliver components).Act as main contact point for customer.Be responsible for Lessons Learned sharing with the organization.Collaborate with the service engineering team to finalize and manage spare parts stock and time schedules for the planned maintenances.Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.Live Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your Background Preferred at least 5 years of work experience in equipment installation, coordinating activities with customers, suppliers, and assigned team especially in Service.Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project).Good knowledge of the English language.Flexibility, proactivity, result-oriented, and problem-solving skills.Apply now
