**Roles and Responsibilities**
- All contract performance related activities.
Perform in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project, and negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising.
- Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract.
- Perform proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with mínimal supervision - Provide support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts Function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters
- Communicates across direct organization.
Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
- Providing support to ongoing new projects, services and assist the project tea
- Analyzing & interacting between inputs and outputs of the project management process & outage management
- Reviewing drawings, material inventory and cost analysis, sourcing equipment and reading bill of materials
- Handles diverse clients in a region.
Follows frameworks to get through the processes.
There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
**Required Qualifications**
- Have Bachelor' Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Have project management experience; Long Term Service Agreement management (Global and Outcome based Service) is a plus.
- Be a problem solver with great analytical and communication skills.
- Have high attention to detail and be willing to learn.
- Have experience in technical/engineering role is preferable
- High level of English language
