You will drive the formal acceptance of the project by the customer, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Division in Italy.
Main stakeholders are customers, planner and sales colleagues.
You will be mainly accountable for:Assisting the Project Controls department to define all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.Monitoring and controlling project progress, resources and financials.Identifying, and managing risks, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.Coordinating with the Procurement and Logistics team to procure required services, materials and equipment.Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues.Qualifications for the roleYou have 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in service.Possess an enhanced knowledge of Switchboards and switches.You are passionate about Service and commissioning.Degree or Technical Diploma in Electro-mechanical field.You are at ease communicating in English.A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
