Service Project Management Manager

You will be mainly accountable for:
Following ABB policies and business ethics and working in accordance with ABB procedures using applicable tools.Ensuring the execution of small to medium-size projects as the technical lead and design authority.Collaborating with colleagues from Guest Experience and Onboard Sales Operations to enhance quality and reshape the landscape of operations.Managing the continuous fine-tuning of existing products based on inspection trips, guest feedback, and tour operator insights.Inspiring the sales force to effectively communicate the unique features of our cruises to potential guests.Translating the maintenance strategy and maintenance plan of the rolling stocks into industrially organized work methods.Good time and priority management skills are essential.
