Service Process Innovation & Support to Systems Project Manager (OUTSOURCING CONTRACT)Position Summary The successful candidate will be supporting the Project Manager in managing service projects from feasibility study to go-live passing through development and subsequent roll-out follow-ups.
Role and Responsibilities: Communicating with HQ's and External Vendors to validate the offered solutions and provide support during the project stages for the development of service systems.Supporting the daily maintenance of service systems (corporate and/or local), data extraction, and providing advice to authorized service partners and/or their SW Houses in case of data transmission errors to SEI.Advising service centers on local management solutions optimization, as well as delivering courses and guidelines related to cyber security.Skills and Qualifications: University Degree (BSc or MSc) major: Computer engineering or similar;1-2 years' experience;Knowledge and usage of:SQL, MySQLRelational Databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL etc)OfficeNotions of data analytics and use connected platforms (for example Power BI, Qlik, Tableau);Notions of Cyber security;Notions of AI;Ability to develop Web Services (XML, JSON).Languages:Fluent written and spoken EnglishItalian mother tongueAdditional skills:Team work ability;Good relational skills;Passion for technology;Pro-activity and ability to learn on the job;Problem solving attitude.Work Type: Hybrid work (2 days of smartworking)
