Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position: Plan and deliver Service Points operations by air and rail with the Airport Planning Relations Manager for the West Zone, and support the Planning for the Ports of Entry (PoE).
Plan the Service Points Operations across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
This includes developing and documenting operational plans such as the Venue Operating Plan, contingency plans, and daily run sheets.
This role will also cover the design and implementation of the Arrival Departure Service Points operations at rail stations to integrate with transport operations if they apply.
Engage and manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as airport authorities together with the Airport Planning Relations Manager, handling agents and across multiple service delivery functional areas (FAs) and client owners to ensure appropriate service levels are planned and maintained through the Arrivals and Departures phase.
Coordinate the integrated planning and manage the working group with Transport, Logistics, and the client-owner FAs.
Support the FA team interest in external stakeholder and project team meetings.
Assist in building the Arrivals and Departures team, including recruitment, performance management, resolving problems, coaching, motivation, objective setting, and other duties related to managing a team according to the OC workforce strategy and associated policies and procedures.
Ensure the Arrivals and Departures team are delivering all aspects of the operation to the agreed standards and necessary support is provided to all other FAs.
During Games Times, be the Service Point Duty Manager supporting all FAs in their operation and being the contact onsite for airport authorities and stakeholders.
This role will also support the planning for Arrivals Departure operations at Rail stations with different FAs.
Requirements: Experience working at a Major Event, Airport Authority, Handling Agent or Tour Operator with a good knowledge and understanding of arrivals and departures requirements and challenges experienced in managing Groups and VIPs.
Evidence of ability to apply a clear, logical, and coherent approach to the analysis of complex issues, and the development and implementation of recommendations for next step action.
Demonstrated ability to work with, and influence, internal/external stakeholders to successfully assist strong working relationships and joint decision-making.
Ability to proactively contribute to operational discussions and to manage challenging situations.
Demonstrated resilience and ability in responding proactively to changes and priorities in a fast-paced and off-hours work environment.
Project management skills.
Demonstrated experience in managing teams, such as working team abilities.
Have a strong commitment to the role.
Working knowledge of English language, Italian a plus.
