In our Electrification Business area, for Service division, located in Nord Est Italy we are looking for a Service Marketing Sales Support, the resource in the initial period will be dedicated to Marketing and Sales Support activities and based in Dalmine.
**This position reports to**:
Service Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Elaborating competitive bids/estimations/quotations, taking into account best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations for each individual situation, ensuring tenders are well documented in a timely manner and with appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.
- Handling documentation regarding the offer/order.
- Managing regular reports of bid status using defined tools.
- Collecting and analyzing the reasons for tenders being lost and won.
- Developing customer relationships to understand their needs and to ensure high level of satisfaction.
- Analyzing product & market.
- Cooperating with colleagues (i.e.
Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain) in order to ensure positive claims resolutions.
- Collaborating to define marketing plans in order to promote and develop Service Sales activities.
- Supporting the price list activities, as well as the modifications and updates of marketing tools and quota-tion forms.
- In future promote and sell entire service product portfolio to expand ABB footprint in Italy Nord Est area.
Provide technical consulting and specialist assistance on Service solutions to management and custom-ers by giving relevant inputs on customer requirements and proposed service products/solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new customers and ensure immediate response to specific cus-tomer needs and issues; act as a promoter of ABB s service products and solutions during marketing activities (trade fairs, exhibitions,conferences, customer meetings).
- Generate and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
- Implement service sales strategy in collaboration with the Servvice Marketing&Sales Regional and Global function.
- Manage administrative sales processes and prepare all required technical documents.
- Ensure technical reliability, safety and cost effective solutions to satisfy customer s needs.
**Your background**:
- A Master Degree in in Engineering or a High School Diploma in Electro-technical field.
- Excellent command of MS Office tools.
- Fluent Italian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Availability for business trip in Italy is required.
- Customer-orientation, problem-solving attitude and ability to work and communicate efficiently in a team, proactivity, precision and high motivation, negotiation and interpersonal skills complete your profile.
- Knowledge of Sales Force and LV & MV switchgears is preferred.
