).Our organization is guided by human and entrepreneurial values: respect, team spirit, commitment, proactivity and responsibility.JOB POSITIONWe are looking for a Service Manager to join our team at the Sirail site in Follo (SP).ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES· Define the strategy and organization of the Service department and submit it to the Plant Manager and the Service Director.· Responsible for employee safety and compliance with the rules.· Responsible for contracts in terms of quality/cost/leadtime.· Responsible for P&L and strategies.· Coordinate and supervise construction site activities for rail vehicle retrofit and modernization projects.· Plan and organize human resources and materials efficiently to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.· Plan in detail the progress phases of the work and the related schedules.· Constantly monitor the progress of the work, identify and resolve any critical issues.· Coordinate and supervise work teams directly.· Draw up periodic reports on the progress of the work for the client and the company.· Interfacing with the customer, suppliers and other project stakeholders to ensure effective communication.· Ensure compliance with current safety and environmental regulations.· Verify the correct execution of the processes according to quality standards and design specifications.· Collect and analyze production data to optimize processes.· Collaborate with the technical department to address any variants or design criticalities.JOB REQUIREMENTS & SOFT SKILLS· At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in the railway sector.· English knowledge is a plus.· Proven technical skills and in-depth knowledge of retrofit and modernization processes in the railway industry.· Solid knowledge of Service management processes.· Problem-solving skills, organization and coordination of the work team.· Communication and leadership skills.WHAT WE OFFER· Remuneration: gross annual salary plus company benefits and any adjustments commensurate with experience.· On Boarding Process.· Professional development training programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
