Role: Service HVAC Project Manager

About the role This position is for a seasoned professional in New Equipment Modernization. This role understands and communicates job schedules and all on-site construction activities to all project team members and is responsible for the coordination of project activates. Resolves complex customer issues for key customers and escalates the most complex issues to management.
Key Responsibilities: Reviews and approves all expenditures for small to complex projects on a monthly basis and to ensure the accuracy of all invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms and conditions. Also ensures that they are processed (approved/authorized) in a timely manner.Updates project schedules independently and prepares project management correspondences and documents effectively on all aspects of the implementation phases, including customer meeting minutes, team assignments/action item tracking, letters, memorandums, transmittals and RFIs.Acts as the primary contact with complex customers, develops a professional relationship, and understands the customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope.Assists managers to manage the ordering of materials and logistics according to the project plan and progress to ensure all materials delivered can be billed timely.Responsible for organizing all on-site construction activities. for complex projectsRequirements As a minimum you must have:
Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree, combined with experiencePractical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily workUniversity Degree or equivalentA minimum of 5 years prior relevant experienceORAn advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience
