Your responsibilities: You support us in processing the service requests of our customers and partners You will work in a goal-oriented manner on ticket creation and problem solving For more complex service requests, you will work closely with our software development team You work your way into the business processes and the programming environment of our software You will be involved in troubleshooting on both the client and server side, on-premise or in the Azure cloud
