The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading Cepheid's manufacturing applications support and sustaining teams for the manufacturing sites globally.
This position is part of the Global Systems Engineering group and will be onsite in Lodi, CA.
Our vision is to enable digit and smart manufacturing across all Cepheid sites.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Provide guidance, training support, and knowledge as required for Cepheid's sites worldwide.
Develop a deep understanding of Cepheid processes, and work with cross-function teams to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
Develop and implement ITIL processes that align with global teams and strategies.
Ensure service delivery per SLA, in collaboration with corporate IT and third-party vendors.
Manage a team of professionals, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster expertise for growth.
The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Management with 9+ years of industry experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Process Engineering, IT, Service Delivery, or Manufacturing OR Master's degree in the same fields with 7+ years of relevant work experience.
In-depth knowledge of ITIL.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience in people management (Supervisor/Team Lead/Manager).
Flexibility in working hours to collaborate with teams in India, US, and Sweden, and up to 20% travel, including international travel.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Camstar, Siemens OpCenter, or similar.
ITIL certification.

The salary range for this role is $117,000-$160,800, and this job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
