Service Delivery Manager

Experience in managing policies, procedures and best practices; Experience in the world of Acquiring and Digital Payments; Ability to govern and coordinate document framework review activities; Ability to prepare deliverables and presentations to the WL Group; Relational and organizational skills and management of working groups; Motivation within the ability to adapt to a highly evolving context with potential changes in priorities in daily activities and attention to detail/orient to the result; Good communication skills, written and oral, in Italian and English (at least basic); Ability to write / summarize results and prepare deliverable packages; Competence with productivity tools, like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat reader; Strong leadership, planning, coordination, organization, time-management abilities; Strong sense of responsibility and mutual respect; Analytical skills, prioritization of activities, problem solving; Ability to manage concurrent tasks and time/SLA; ITIL and COBIT certifications appreciated; Degree in Engineering or STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics); At least 8-10 years of work experience.
