Manages the overall project|program delivery in alignment to customer expectations and TCS commitments
Ensure Service Delivery as per contract ?
Validate service availability and health check, review metrics and present reports to customer
Ensures service delivery exence, improve and exceeds SLAs
Publishes service dashboard on a periodic basis indicating project|program health
Conduct periodic review of operations and collect feedback from client and internal management on operational efficiency
Ensure risk documentation|communication|escalation
Gain understanding of latest technologiesdoptto best in Industry
Conduct periodic meetings with TCS leads for identifying service improvement opportunities and ensures team contribution to knowledge management
Validate process and technical inputs aroConfidenzialeansformation initiatives from Team Members and Team Leads
Discuss and present to get approval from customer along with Relationship Manager Other Skills 1lexible work timings 2xent Communication Skills 3xperience in working in a Onshore-Offshore Model 4xperience with ITSM tools like Sevice-Now 5ust be able to work with Business Customers, Line Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts SMEs in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approachespply for this Service Delivery Manager position
