We're looking for a proactive and resourceful individual to take on the exciting challenge of supporting service operations and exceeding customer expectations.We are looking for a resource who will be responsible for preparing documentation prior to service interventions, planning interventions, updating tools for managing issues on chargers, and monitoring KPIs.The salary range for this role will be between EUR 35.000 – EUR 47.000TasksDocumentation preparation/documentation management: the dispatcher records and documents all service activities, maintains accurate records of daily operations for monitoring and analysis purposes.
Handles HSE documentation to plan service work.Communication: the dispatcher is the primary point of contact between customers and the company.
Manages incoming calls, messages, and communications, and directs them to the appropriate resources for effective resolution.Resource Allocation: The dispatcher is responsible for assigning team resources and planning field service tasks.
Sources necessary materials for technical issues resolution (spare parts management).Operations Monitoring: The dispatcher constantly monitors ongoing operations, using real-time monitoring and communication systems to ensure smooth operations.
In case of unforeseen issues, the dispatcher, if possible, provides support.Assistance and Support: The dispatcher provides support and assistance to field personnel or company resources to address any issues or unforeseen situations that may arise during work.RequirementsAre you a technical expert with a background in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering?
