For our division located in Genova we are looking for a Service Coordinator who will support and coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with Accelleron's and customer's standards, procedures and policies. You will be a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a Service job.
Key Responsibilities
In this role your main tasks will be to build and maintain sustainable relationship with customer and manage customer requirements and customer enquiries as well as ensure continuous communication. You will coordinate, plan, schedule and oversee all service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics tasks. You will support customer's satisfaction management by ensuring that Accelleron fulfils its contractual obligations and business requirements and ensure the required quality is delivered and the health, safety and environmental issues are competently managed. You will review the scope of the work and ensure that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, particularly in regard to claims and changes. You will manage the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection and all required reporting and documentation. You will ensure all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system as well as ensure the transfer of Service findings to the product/system of the Local Business units to improve their offerings. Your daily tasks include cooperation and coordination of activities with other units and teams to harmonize Service activities and to maximize Service sales at every opportunity.
Required Skills
For the above activities, an educational background in Mechanical/Marine/Management Engineering would be preferred. You need to have some experience in this position or in a related area. Very good knowledge of the English language and MS Office are also required. You should have a continuous improvement mindset as well as problem solving and strategic thinking skills. Excellent ability to work in a team and willingness to travel will complete your profile. Basics in SAP, good verbal and written communication skills would be an advantage.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the marine or power generation sector, specifically in a service coordination role.
