SERVICE CONTRACT MANAGER ABOUT THE JOB In this position, you will be part of the Customer Care Italy team supporting the management and developing the business of maintenance contracts with the Executive Customers of Electrolux Professional Spa.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS Management and consolidation of existing maintenance contracts; development of offers for maintenance contracts or extended warranty packages, to Key Accounts and big projects. Periodical meetings with Key Accounts to align on current activities and define improvement strategies. Manage and facilitate prompt resolution of technical problems with the support of Technical Service Centers and technical support team. Management of monthly invoice consolidation of service jobs completed in the month, with subsequent creation of separate orders for invoicing. Collaborate with Key Account Sales Managers, in the information activity of our management of maintenance contracts, when visits to potential new Executive Customers. Support to Service Area Managers or to the network of Agencies, Dealers and Technical Service Centers, for contract offers to single site customers in the area. Together with colleagues, support development and implementation of the software available for the back-office management of maintenance contracts. Control of the service level through the Electrolux Professional IT tools, through the analysis of interventions, calls for the most critical sites, response times as per contract and verification of the effectiveness of maintenance visits. Cost analysis of activities. Support to Pre-Sales and Sales colleagues, to make targeted unit replacement proposals. Support colleagues in the spare parts development office, for the alignment of price lists and sales development of spare parts, both Electrolux Professional and competitor products. Availability for short trips throughout the country for visits to customers and Technical Service Centers. Collaboration with Service Area Managers, for the development and implementation of the Service Partners in selected areas. ABOUT YOU Technical education Experience in After Sales / Facility Management, spare parts sales or similar, preferably in a service-oriented industry; food/laundry professional equipment is a plus; Excellent communication skills and management of both internal and external professional relationships, always enabling teamwork; Pragmatic, proactive and strategic approach towards problem solving and continuous improvement; Creative and flexible attitude in problem solving; Knowledge of tools and methodologies in managing spare parts business; Experienced PC user (internet, MS Office in particular Excel and BI); Knowledge about the market and product categories part of our portfolio and the one of third party manufacturers; Fluent Italian and good English both written and spoken.
