The Service Center is looking for a Service Center Manager for the Monza site.

In your role, you will:
Be the line manager for all the workshop engineers Align the external suppliers' schedules with the internal schedules to guarantee on-time delivery Define and implement the lean continuous process improvement (the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be greatly valued) Oversee the preparation and updating of the Service Center procedures Optimize production costs Visit our customers if needed Oversee people safety as foreseen by the applicable laws Get in touch with the other Service Centers, Sales Divisions, and the Alfa Laval Headquarters Define the short and long term of incoming jobs What You Know
You have:
A degree A good command of written and spoken English Previous work experience in the manufacturing area or workshop About Us
