In your role you will:
Be the line Manager for all the workshop Engineers Align the external suppliers' schedules with the internal schedules in order to guarantee the on-time delivery Define and implement the lean continuous process improvement (the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be greatly valued) Oversee the preparation and updating of the Service Center procedures Optimize the production costs Visit our customers if needed Oversee people safety as foreseen by the applicable laws Get in touch with the other Service Centers, Sales Divisions and the Alfa Laval Headquarter Define the short and long term of incoming jobs What you know
You have:
