The Service Center is looking for a Service Center Manager for the Monza site.

Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsOpen-mindednessAbility to build and maintain relationshipsTechnical orientationStrategic perspectiveProcedures orientationWhat About the JobIn your role, you will:
Be the line manager for all the workshop engineersAlign the external suppliers' schedules with the internal schedules to guarantee on-time deliveryDefine and implement the lean continuous process improvement (the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be greatly valued)Oversee the preparation and updating of the Service Center proceduresOptimize production costsVisit our customers if neededOversee people safety as foreseen by the applicable lawsGet in touch with the other Service Centers, Sales Divisions, and the Alfa Laval HeadquartersDefine the short and long term of incoming jobsWhat You KnowYou have:
