We are looking for a Business Developer to drive further Service Sales growth within the Business Unit Welded Heat Exchanger (BU WHE).
As Business developer for Service, you will be instrumental in setting the direction, developing plans and implementing actions to drive continued growth, increased market share and developing lasting relations with key customers around the world.
You will be part of the BU WHE Service Sales & Business Development Department.
About the job The aim is to increase market share by discovering new market potential and deploy new growth levers thanks to an outside-in approach.
As Business developer, you will develop Service Sales & participate in crafting new service offering. Among other things, you will:
- Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive intelligence to create and implement effective sales strategies and value propositions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for service solutions in the heat exchanger market, such as maintenance program, upgrades, replacements, and digital services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, partners and distributors across different industries and regions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Support all stages of the sales process, technically and commercially.
- Provide input to product improvements and new product development teams
Who are you? - You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business administration or related field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, business development or service management in the heat exchanger market or related industries
- You have ideally an experience in an international business-to-business environment.
- You have a proven track record of successfully developing both sales and customer relations.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- You are a self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused professional
- You are creative, comfortable with starting projects from scratch and a true team player
- You are fluent in English
