Responsibilities As an SEO Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Conducting comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page, content, backlinks) and providing actionable recommendations to enhance site crawling, ranking, and organic traffic.
Provide advanced SEO strategy going above and beyond the usual recommendations from the audits.
Defining and coordinating SEO roadmaps in collaboration with local teams.
Executing initiatives to boost visibility, traffic, and conversions through SEO strategies.
Providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and results to team members and senior management.
Leading and nurturing the group SEO community by sharing best practices, conducting training sessions, and providing regular SEO updates.
Staying informed about the latest SEO industry changes and identifying opportunities for new projects.
Required Qualifications and Experience More than 5 years of SEO experience, preferably in an international environment.
Strong experience having full ownership in designing and implementing SEO strategies.
Proficiency in conducting SEO audits for non-English websites.
Abilitly to think "outside of the box" in order to provide advanced SEO recommendations.
Proven success in a similar SEO leadership or consulting role.
Extensive knowledge of all aspects of SEO (technical, content, outreach).
Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
Expertise in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Majestic, etc.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal reporting lines.
Data-oriented mindset, ensuring all decisions are data-driven.
