PositionWe are looking for an SEO, Digital Marketing Automation, and Analytics Expert who can enthusiastically, competently, and creatively contribute to optimizing our digital marketing campaigns, automating workflows and processes, and analyzing data to support strategic decisions.
RequirementsDevelop and implement innovative SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, optimizing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.Manage SEM campaigns on Google Ads and other advertising networks, continuously monitoring performance, optimizing strategies based on results, and maximizing ROI.Set up and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) for sending email campaigns, lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention.Analyze data and metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools to provide insights and improve the performance of organic traffic, paid traffic, and conversions.Collaborate closely with content marketing, social media, graphic design, and web development teams to ensure the creation of optimized content and high-performance landing pages.Stay constantly updated on the latest trends in SEO, paid advertising, marketing automation, and search engine algorithms.Other informationProven experience of at least 3 years in roles as an SEO Specialist, SEM Specialist, and Marketing Automation Specialist.Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and other data visualization tools.Excellent knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices, search engine optimization, and link building.Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, display advertising, and remarketing.In-depth knowledge of major marketing automation platforms and their setup and use.Ability to work in a team, manage projects independently, and meet deadlines.Creativity, curiosity, eagerness to experiment, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and reporting skills to present results and insights to stakeholders.Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, Magento.Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, Pipedrive.Proficiency with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).Basic knowledge of generative AI and machine learning for SEO and advertising optimization.
