We are scaling quickly and looking for the right people to come onboard and support our dynamic growth journey!Job DescriptionOur UX/UI function plays one of the most critical roles in transforming management and consulting frameworks into intuitive digital workflows, which effectively guide our clients in taking the right strategic decisions.
As a senior UX/UI designer, you will be working closely with a cross-functional team of other designers, product owners, software and QA engineers, while also interacting with a wide ecosystem of end-users.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our in-house design team to influence the design direction of our product, while at the same time leading your individual design projects in a smaller team.
Your responsibilities will include:Working with product owners to get immersed in a sophisticated ecosystem of users, developing a systematic understanding of user pain points and unfulfilled needs.Engaging directly with a set of critical, reference users in conducting user research to inform feature discovery and design decisions.Rapid development of wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.Applying creativity and rigorous problem-solving to iterate concept solutions.Developing intuitive, user-centric, detailed designs.Engaging in systematic usability testing to validate the effectiveness of design solutions.Embracing our design principles and collaborating with our design chapter on continuously evolving our design system.Ensuring consistency and adherence to the design system across the entire platform to maintain a unified and cohesive brand identity.Participating in all agile rituals including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings.QualificationsProven experience as a UX/UI designer or in a similar role, with a track record of successful design projects.
Experience with B2B and business process management platforms is highly beneficial.A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, especially in B2B and SaaS, highlighting your skills in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.Proficiency with Figma with a keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of usability principles and a commitment to user-centered design methodologies.Proven track record in user research and testing, with the ability to incorporate user feedback into design iterations.Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Italian is a plus.What we offerA dynamic work environment in a fast scaling London-based technology company and infinite opportunities to take on as much responsibilities as you can handle.Competitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid work.New company laptop and budget for a home setup.Opportunities to travel between London and Bari.
