Responsibilities and activitiesContribute to the definition of product goalsContribute to the production of high-quality deliverables at both operational and strategic/organisational levelGenerate design solutions, from the initial sketches to the final interactive prototypeFollow the complete lifecycle of a Design project: from drafting the initial proposal to follow the Development and Testing phasesCooperate creatively and effectively with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product owners and developers, to conceptualize and design user-friendly digital products and interfacesCreation of presentations and documentations for the features designed or assignedMust haveA deep understanding of design principles;Up-to-date knowledge of the necessary Design tools: we use Figma, FigJam, Notion, Adobe CC;A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns;Proved past experience in designing web and mobile applications, completed with flows, wireframes and final prototypes;Experience in working with Design Systems;Technical knowledge of the development process: we won't expect you to write code, but you will need to be able to dialogue with developers efficiently;Experience in creating intuitive interfaces that allow users to interact seamlessly with AI applications;Collaborating closely with our development team;Experience in managing projects and junior resources;Good level of spoken and written EnglishNice to haveExperience in the design of 3d softwares or softwares in generalYou're fascinated by people and psychologyWe value a Degree or certified courses in User Experience Design / Interaction Design / Web Design / Digital Graphic Art and Multimedia or similar.Soft skillsTeam-oriented peopleSelf-motivated peopleGood communication skillsInquisitive and curious mindset€35,000 - €45,000 a year
