As a member of the Europe & Africa Transformation Office Team, you will report directly to the Europe & Africa Chief Transformation Officer and work actively to pursue cross-functional and transformational projects on group level or in specific countries. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving TKE's cross-business transformation projects in Business Unit Europe Africa Supporting transformation journey in Europe Africa, driving change and execution of our transformation plan Supporting definition and implementation of strategical goals Developing an integrated program level plan and managing interdependencies and potential conflicts with work stream teams Analyzing root causes, scoping, structuring, and initiating transformation projects on group level or in specific countries Supporting project teams and working closely with the Finance department to plan and track transformation costs, financial targets and project timelines Identifying, quantifying, and assessing risk for improvement initiatives to optimize TKE's organizational and operational structures Implementing a consistent Transformation Office governance, project management standards, efficient reporting, and transparency of results, risks, and progress status Supporting transformation teams and serving as sparring partner for the Transformation Office teams and local Management in our business units and challenging delivery ambition Your qualifications include:
A university degree in business administration, economics, finance or equivalent A minimum of +7 years of professional experience with a minimum of +2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally with transformation project delivery / leadership in operations/ industrial services and multinational / complex organization Extensive analytical skills, including designing, building, and populating complex financial and operational models Strong project management skills in an international setting, working across multiple countries Solid knowledge of financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow) and financial management of projects, budgeting, actuals tracking, and reporting Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of unstructured data and assimilate large volumes of complex information quickly and accurately A track record of delivering in a complex and challenging multi-work stream environment The ability to influence and manage relationships at a senior leadership level through effective senior stakeholder management A team player mentality, goal-oriented, resilience, strong commitment, and a proactive attitude Excellent social and communicational skills in fluent English (written & spoken) Professional knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint and structuring presentations for executive meetings and communication Availability for travel We offer attractive conditions such as:
