You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the LifeReporting to the Senior Training & Education Manager, you will be working in a team and collaborate with other T&E Specialists, marketeers, and coordinators.
You will be primarily responsible for the development and delivery of internal sales trainings and enablement programs as well as customer training programs.The Training & Education team addresses educational needs through differentiated, innovative services dedicated to sales force development and support healthcare practitioners for optimal clinical and patient outcomes.
In the changing healthcare environment, we aim to optimize our educational activities offering a wide array of options, including in-person workshops based on adult learning, hands-on skills-based training, webinars, and e-learning.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Design and ensure delivery of the therapy and selling skill content for the training programs related.Design online/eLearning content when appropriate to support either pre-reading preparation or continuous distant learning.Work in strong collaboration with the marketing and education team in Europe and USA.Responsible for the development of the course objectives, selecting the appropriate Faculty and collaboratively working on the design of the agenda.Define target audience for each course, communicate and promote the courses to the countries in a timely manner to allow compliance process to take place.Gather customer feedback on each course and make changes to existing programs if improvement areas are identified.Work with administrative support to select course location and ensure availability of all necessary equipment/supplies/specimens for the course.Required Knowledge and Experience:Advanced degree in Life-science, Health, Marketing, or Business Administration.Proven track record of experience in project management and/or education.Experience in the design and development of training and materials.Experience with designing online content.Experience in measuring training efficacy.Good analytical skills.Fluent in English is a must and additional European language is an advantage.Physical Job Requirements:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
