Job Description As a Test Development Engineer, you will develop and implement test procedures for gate drivers and integrated power switch modules, ensuring the functionality and safety of our products. Furthermore, you will work closely with the project team spread around the world. In your new role, you will:
Be responsible for developing Test packages (test programs and hardware) for Productivity and Quality improvement drives. Be able to deep dive technically and debug test program issues to ensure timely deliveries. Develop innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures. Document and validate test applications to ensure compliance with IC specifications and Test program release requirements. Ensure timely transfer of Engineering and Production test packages for Wafer sort and Final (Packaged) Test to various Testing locations. You are a creative problem-solver who consistently strives to deliver high-quality results by thinking outside the box and exploring unconventional approaches. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or similar field of studies. 3-5 years of semiconductor industry experience with test engineering, test processes, and equipment knowledge. C++, VBA, and VB.net programming skills. Experience with Eagle ETS88/ETS364 and/or Teradyne A565 and/or LTX ASL1K test program development and mixed-signal IC testing is preferred. Ability to work effectively in an R&D team environment. Strong technical documentation skills and ability to communicate technical ideas and issues in a professional manner.
