We are committed to exceeding the expectations of our clients and candidates, ensuring access to a vast network of tech talent and opportunities across the globe.As a Senior Technician (User Support), you will:Execute work orders to meet SLA targets.Provide excellent customer service and communication.Install and configure Desktop Services.Perform advanced troubleshooting and support for Desktop Services.Test and evaluate hardware and software.Recommend lifecycle configuration changes to enhance user experience.Manage incident lifecycles (create, report, track, resolve, close).Support team collaboration for improved customer experience.Perform corrective actions for Problem Management.Contribute to service improvement and procurement processes.Deputize for higher-grade staff if necessary.What You Bring to the Table:Higher vocational training with 2+ years of relevant experience, or secondary education with 4+ years of relevant experience.2+ years of recent CIS Service Operations experience.2+ years of experience with desktop Windows OS configuration and troubleshooting.Experience with PC Hardware Systems and performance monitoring.Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols and Standards.Experience with Office Automation Solutions (printers, scanners, etc.
