Senior Technical Secretary

RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Secretary to join its office in Palermo, Italy.
Main Tasks:
Responsible for the organic certification scheme of Southern Italy (Sicily) Management and control of organic certification practices including:
Management of the first certified request Preparation of the assignment to inspectors Review of practices Use of the organic management information system of the companies in their management area Audit planning
Desired Skills and Experience:
Diploma or degree in agri-food field (agriculture, food technologies etc.)
Technical knowledge of the food organic certification scheme Experience in themanagement and control of certification scheme (min three years) Good communication and listening skills Ability to work in team with a flexible and proactive approach Attitude to problem solving and working under pressure Ability to work towards targets and to achieve goals Ability to adapt to the organization and the work context along with the ability to plan and organize
