About us: This is an internal role within Fullstack Talents. We are a dynamic technical recruitment company, focusing on recruiting EU talent for our EMEA clients. Because of our growing number of client projects, we need to add a Senior Technical Recruiter to our team.
About you: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical recruiting process and be able to identify and attract top talent from within the EU - focused on information technology in various industries (IT, medical, automotive, manufacturing, services, etc.).
About the job: This is a 100% remote, work-from-home, contract position.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Technical Recruiter will be to source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for these positions and will be able to identify and attract the best candidates.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will also develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR professionals. The successful candidate will know how to manage the recruitment process by managing communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Finally, the Recruiter will build rapport and trust with stakeholders to position the team as a trusted partner.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment in an international environment either within a recruitment company or internally within an organisation. Strong understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for technical positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with key stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in an ATS (Applicant Tracking System). English language at a professional level. An additional EU language is a plus.
