Partner with the best As Senior Technical Project Manager, the scope will include the implementation and digitization of new business processes such as Digital Inquire to Remittance (ITR).
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business owners to lean the process, defining the budget and DT roadmap, and coordinating with the Commercial and Engineering teams to implement a solution in accordance with the overall DT strategy for GTS and external teams, in accordance with project budget and schedule.
As part of PMO duties, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and interaction with external teams and vendors.
With business and financial acumen, you will coordinate the staff to comply with different planning cycles, assessing current year financial accuracy as well as preparing for long/mid/short-term products/initiatives roadmap.
The role will require strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to influence and work across cross-functional teams.
As a Staff Project Manager, you will be responsible to: Develop project plans with timelines and budgets and monitor costs and progress.
Foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance and support to all team members involved.
Take ownership of project prioritization, definition, and compliance to ensure adherence to project management methodologies.
Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of projects, partnering with technical teams and coordinating activities.
Collaborate and communicate across cross-functional teams to track the design process and deliver projects on time.
Engage with Process and Tools (PT) and Digital Technology (DT) leadership stakeholders, ensuring communication of updates and expectations.
Communicate and present recommendations, project plans, and technical roadmaps to senior business leaders, customers, and stakeholders.
Apply existing technologies, approaches, and methodologies to design new products, systems, or processes.
Identify risks and mitigation actions/strategies and establish a communication rhythm with stakeholders to ensure proper communication is established.
Ensure all PMO activities are documented correctly as per DT PMO processes, all documents are uploaded in Clarity, and all tasks are performed correctly.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within PM practices and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accurate planning.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Be a graduate in Computer Science, IT, or similar, or demonstrate equivalent professional work experience.
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Have experience in program management and leading technical programs.
Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems through innovation and creative solutions.
Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Be a motivated self-starter that promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional environment.
