Partner with the best As a Product Manager, your scope will include (but is not limited to) the ownership of Spare Parts digital technology products (such as inSPIRe and Fusion Product Hub) within the GTS Parts ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business owners to lean the process, define the budget and DT roadmap for the products, and implement solutions and continuous improvements in accordance with the overall DT strategy for GTS and external teams, in alignment with project budget and schedule.
Moreover, as part of your Product Ownership scope, you will coordinate activities across different DT Teams to achieve cost optimization imperatives and maintain the products in a healthy state in terms of CyberSecurity while mitigating obsolescence risks.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for: Defining techno-functional product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives to deliver valuable and continuously improved versions of the software.
Developing project plans with timelines and budgets while monitoring costs and progress.
Partnering through effective collaboration and communication with functional and technical teams to design processes, coordinate activities, and deliver projects on time.
Engaging with Process and Tools (PT) and Digital Technology (DT) leadership stakeholders to ensure communication of updates and expectations.
Coordinating project teams, managing workload and conflicting priorities; providing recommendations to keep projects on track.
Applying existing technologies, approaches, and methodologies to design new products, systems, or processes.
Identifying risks and mitigation actions and strategies, establishing a communication rhythm with stakeholders to ensure proper communication.
Maintaining track of project financials, risks, mitigation actions, and managing changes using project management tools (e.g.
Clarity); reporting status in a timely manner.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Be a graduate in Computer Science, IT or similar, or demonstrate equivalent professional work experience.
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Have experience in project management and leading technical projects.
Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems through innovation and creative solutions.
Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Be a motivated self-starter that promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional environment.
