TECHNICAL PROJECT LEADER What we expect from you Manage engineering uncrewed programs on-time and on-budget using program management software; Support and prepare the proposal for the quarterly budget forecasting; Collaborate and relate highly to the rest of the organization; Identify, track and analyze program risks and look for mitigations; Orchestrate and coordinate program planning and related reviews; Be in direct contact with customers as well as with the technical team and organize meetings.
Expertise The person we are looking for has a good level of technical background and the following specifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or similar, with 2+ years of experience in (medium to large) program management for industrial applications; Well organized with great management and communication skills; Good understanding and basic knowledge of software programming (C++ and ROS2); Past experience on solutions for autonomous and robotic systems is a plus; PMP certification is a plus.
