Senior Technical Advisor (STA - SS - 24) Business Unit: Commercial/Technical Sales - Sales Engineer

For Vilofoss, a leading European company specializing in the development, production, and marketing of premixes and mineral blends for livestock production, we are looking for a SENIOR TECHNICAL ADVISOR ITALIA (STA - SS - 24) .
The candidate will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible for combining farm management consulting, optimizing feed mixes, and building lasting client relationships to support agricultural growth.
All these activities will be carried out alongside the Distributors of Vilofoss products in the Italian market.
Main Responsibilities: Provide expert consulting to livestock farmers, ensuring optimal solutions for feed and farm management.
Create and advise on feed mix guidelines tailored to the needs of customers who produce their own feed.
Conduct regular farm visits, delivering professional advisory services and fostering strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to coordinate tasks and optimize service delivery.
Work cross-functionally to share knowledge and support Vilofoss' value-adding agricultural solutions.
Required Knowledge and Experience: Degree in Agriculture, Nutritional Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, or Animal Production Sciences.
Background in agriculture or a related field, with a keen interest in pig production and nutrition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with farmers and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn Vilofoss' optimization tools.
Passion for sales, consulting, and contributing to advancements in the agricultural industry.
Willingness to travel across Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, and other areas as needed.
