Job Description
Senior Tax Associatefrequently liaises with people of various cultures and nationalities both inside and outside our newly established organization. Expert in the personal income tax aspects of global mobility who advises clients and shares technical expertise with other members of the team.
Advises corporate HR teams on the personal income tax and pension consequences of employing people in an international context (both inbound and outbound)
Assists individual taxpayers (residents and non-residents) in structuring and managing their personal income tax and social security situation
Liaisons between the individual, the company, and the tax authorities and assist employees and companies with practical personal income tax aspects like tax returns and salary calculations as well as tax litigation

Qualifications
Master's or bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or you are a qualified Labor Law Consultant
Fluent in Italian and English is a MUST
Possesses a keen interest in numerical data and interactions with individuals around the globe
Exhibits a commitment to accuracy and a practical mindset along with adept writing skills, underpinned by a professional demeanor and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
Highly organized and capable of meeting tight deadlines
Drive and dynamism that contribute to team spirit
2-4 years of experience in Global Mobility tax in Italy
