How will you make an impact? Manage Payroll accounting posting, VAT Liquidation, Group VAT Consolidation, the review of VAT Registers correctness, the preparation of the Monthly Intrastat Declaration, the preparation of yearly Certificazione Unica (CU), the preparation of yearly Declaration, the calculation of Withholding Tax (Ritenute d'acconto) and related payments and postings, the print out of Mandatory Books (VAT Register, Journal Entries Book, Fixed Assets Register, Customers and Suppliers Subledgers, etc), the invoices issuance indicating the correct VAT Treatment, General accounting records (accruals, deferrals, accounting reclassifications, etc) linked to tax, payroll accounting and insurance payments; Support colleagues of other departments on correct VAT Treatment for invoice issuance and supervise correct treatment. Collaborate with colleagues and/or external consultants for corporate tax calculations. Support the Fiscal Year Opening & Closing process, and the Group Reporting for tax related matters. Cooperate with the Internal Control function and internal and/or external auditors for controls related to the assigned activities. Drive the implementation of new tax compliance controls. Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis, and in innovation initiatives. How will you experience success with us? You are fluent in Italian and English. You have a Degree/Bachelor in Economics or Business Administration. You have previous experience in Accounting and Reporting and are strongly interested in fiscal and compliance matters. You are a collaborative and supportive team player. You believe in constant learning and apply your curiosity to further deepen your knowledge in Accounting and Tax topics, remaining up to date with new legal requirements. You have an impeccable attention to detail, even when performing daily tasks. Excellent use of Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge would be a plus. What makes our group different?
