Il candidato ideale dovrà avere almeno 5 anni di esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati.
Responsibilities: Manage the on-premise office infrastructure (e.g.
Active directory, ADFS, DFS) Manage in cloud office system platform (e.g.
office 365) Manage and monitor Service level of Office System Management and implementation of Office System tools Participation in meetings to meet requirements by collecting and sharing solutions ensuring compliance with standards.
Preparation and participation in the SLA review meeting with suppliers Verification of deliverables Management of issues Support for users Fluent knowledge in English written and verbal Skills: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant management experience in ITIL processes v.3 2011; Microsoft MCSE certification Excellent planning skills and ability to work for goals with passion for results; Good ability to analyze complex and synthetic systems, problem solving and logical and schematic approach; Excellent ability to work in team and resource management, predisposition to interpersonal relationships, flexibility and proactivity; Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
