Panoramica If you are: A seasoned strategist with 5 years under your belt and, ideally with experience working on award-winning campaigns for global brands. Responsabilità Your Role: As a strategist, you will: Lead and support with the development of creative and communications strategies for global brands on small and midsize projects. Write inspiring creative briefs that balance a high level of creative ambition with strategic rigour. Support with the strategic planning process from conceptualization through execution, ensuring collaboration across departments and with external partners (media, PR, clients, etc.). Use qual and quant data to power the entire strategic journey, working closely with and helping direct our Data and Culture lab to ensure we capture the juiciest insights. Support with building comms strategies that break down big business objectives into concrete strategic tasks, understanding the barriers to overcome. Cultivate and strengthen mid-level client relationships, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership that enhances our partnerships. Support with new business development. Mentor junior team members with the intent of guiding them and helping them grow. Qualifiche Ideally you have 5 years of experience in strategic roles within top-tier agencies or brands. You are well-versed in comms planning, creative development, and market research, with a strong ability to integrate these elements into cohesive strategies. You are knowledgeable about advertising strategy and understand what drives effectiveness. You understand data and can leverage it to build creative strategies.
