Senior specialist trade marketing motorcycle Primary Purpose of the Position As key pillar of the Motorcycle strategy, the Trade Marketing Manager is a strategic position in the dynamic and exciting Motorcycle business.
The main purpose of this role is to focus on the trade activation of the marketing plan.
the TMM will aim to strengthen the Brand projects in the market and facilitate the link between Countries and Region (in a new central marketing approach and structure) in order to deliver the given business objectives.
In the market activation: develop current Retail Programs in terms of key marketing support and ensure its implementation at Country level.
Manage sell-out promotion or end-user activities in order to grow in the Retail Channel.
Motorsport activation: leverage current/future Motorsport sponsorships by coordinating European Countries and supporting marketing department in using the valuable Motorsport content, from action design to execution.
Event execution and monitoring: manage event & brand activation projects from strategy to execution.
Ensure each event details are optimized without reducing brand consistency and risking timely delivery.
Digital Marketing: supervise and monitor digital marketing plan execution, from website to social media in collaboration with third parties.
Monitor and review key metrics (SEO, total visits, new sessions, bounce rate,conversion) as well as social media ones (reach, engagement Budget: ensure efficiency or event related budget through detailed cost review and effective negotiation.
Maximize event ROI without jeopardizing quality of output.
PR management: PR activities coordination Principle Duties and Responsibilities RETAIL CHANNEL ACTIVATION Develop the Retail Program from a Trade Marketing perspective: support, promotions, merchandising, POS materials, training courses, etc Follow Program deployment at Country level, ensuring consistency from planning to execution embrace and guide countries on new tools usage (eg Showpad, Brevo), allign with consumer for mktg process (eg Promotion Management Tool) DIGITAL MARKETING PLAN Design and implement a digital marketing plan, focusing on Social Media including strategy, goals, budget and tactics Monitor website KPI's and ensure its development through time with the collaboration of third parties Ensure digital marketing plan is deployed at country level Pursue YOY Brand awareness growth PR MANAGEMENT Coordinate all the PR/ATL activities as part of the communication plan Select key Motorsport/Motorcycle content to build interesting stories and increase Dunlop presence in the selected media Channels (content marketing) Share content internally with different departments/Countries in order to keep the Team aligned about the Dunlop world Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing positions Knowledge & Skills Marketing Motorcycle industry Digital marketing Communication Flexibility, open to continuos interaction, result-oriented, presenting, writing and editing, digital planning, event planning Ability to work in virtual teams Excellent English Ability to learn, develop and grow within the function Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
