Within the Customer Digital Channels Software Centre, Sky Italia, the first Italian media company and the European leader in entertainment, is seeking for a Frontend Software Engineer who can translate passion for great software into concrete value for our customers.

The Frontend Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining Digital Products in order to fulfill all the business needs with the continuous support of our Software Engineers.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the architectural definition and its implementation, understanding requirements and issues to be solved, translating these into software solutions.
Develop, enhance and maintain software programs that compose the Digital Product landscape of Sky Italia.
Work within a team to continuously improve the software quality, following the best practices of SDLC.
Interact with the business stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into technical stories.
Help the innovation process, by exploring and evaluating new solutions through fast prototyping and proof of concepts that show the values of innovation.
Core Competencies and Qualifications: Good problem-solving skills, creative and proactive.
Strong knowledge in Angular 12+.
Experience with React or Vue.js.
Experience in unit and integration tests frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
Experience in developing real world, scalable and performant Single Page Applications.
Good awareness of best modern practices on software development lifecycle (git, code review, CI/CD, pipeline).
Bonus Points: Ability to adapt to changing contexts (e.g. new programming languages).
Experience with SEO & performance-friendly templates.
Experience with Monorepo (NX, Lerna).
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Soft Skills: Good relationship building, teamwork and collaboration skills.
Committed to develop a "can-do" culture.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal (Italian and English).
