Main Responsibilities & Duties: Service Management & Operation: Supporting the operations of assigned infrastructure systems and researching new technologies to optimize efficiency.
Expertise in Vertical Technologies: VMware & Windows OSbased systems Red Hat/Linux OS Storage and Backup management (e.g.
Veritas Veeam) Troubleshooting: Experience in troubleshooting and incident management including L1/L2 incidents.
Server Environment Maintenance: Maintaining server environments and ensuring their availability.
System Recovery: Prioritizing system recovery in case of failures.
Standard Implementation: Implementing standards for servers and operating systems.
Team Collaboration: Partnering with other infrastructure teams to resolve issues in a collaborative environment.
