Will be working with both Business and IT team members to detail and ensure product solutions support business needs, follow strong architectural principles, use system resources efficiently, and integrate cleanly with the user interface and server components of the Salesforce applications and technical architecture.This job will be based in Maurens-Scopont, France, in Barcelona, Spain.
Another location in Europe is possible as long as you are prepared to travel on a frequently basis to our head office in Maurens-Scopont or to our office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Interact with end users and super users in the Commercial Operations organization (Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Care) to understand their business requirementsDevelop solution proposal to address requirements based on standard or customized functionality in the Salesforce applicationFor approved projects/enhancements, manage thedelivery through all stages:
detail design, development, test, user acceptance testing and promotion to production, following Cepheids policies and procedures.Work with/ manage offshore resources for projects/enhancements when requiredCommunicate with other Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure solutions proposed are aligned with global templates or differences understood and approvedProvide system administration support for all Cepheids Salesforce.com instanceThe essential requirements of the job include:
You hold a Bachelors degree with 8+ years of related work experience or a Masters degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience (software development and 5+ years of Salesforce application development)Self-motivated and creativeProficiency with Apex, Visual Force and JavaScriptGood understanding of Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics and Community CloudVerbal and written proficiency in EnglishSales force CPQ implementation and support experienceSalesforce Developer Certification, Salesforce Administrator CertificationExperience developing customer-facing user interfacesIt would be a plus if you also are:
